MASTERPLAN FOR REVITALIZATION OF A TOWN CENTER OF NIEL
A number of schools and factories have been demolished on a large courtyard in Niel called Nielderhoff. New homes on these undeveloped lands increase the support for cultural and commercial activities in the village centre of Niel. The court will be accessible by extending the existing network of paths for pedestrians and cyclists in the Nielderhoff. The existing trees and hedges are maintained and structure the placement of new homes in the court.
